Refund policy

Here at Hocus Potions we take customer satisfaction very seriously and we want you to be 100% happy with your order from us. 

If a product is damaged or faulty, we are terribly sorry. Please let us know within 48hours of receiving your item. Our e-mail is hocuspotions@outlook.com We ask that you kindly provide us with a photo and/or video of the faulty item. We may ask you to return the damaged product to us and if so, shipping details will be provided. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, either digitally or in person, we will assess the product in question and provide you with an e-mail detailing the outcome. If your return is accepted you will be provided with a replacement, exchange or refund. 

Sorry, we do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases or sale items.
